"What God thinks about Marriage"
Lunchtime talk "What God thinks about Marriage" in The Bible Talks' "Sex in the City" series:
greater turnout than the first session. I reckon about 200 people in all. But those are just numbers of course, which don't mean anything more significant than that there were 200 people there and we'll probably have to print more leaftlets the next time.
It's humbling to realise that numbers don't mean we're getting more successful. We'll never know how the talk impacted the people who attended and what effect it will have in their lives. God is sovereign in salvation and in convicting the hearts and minds of sinners. We can only be his servants in preaching his Word faithfully and clearly and giving others the opportunity to hear his Word.
