XO Fish Slices Beehoon

Tried the XO Fish Slices Beehoon at Holland V. Shiok! The alcohol makes all the difference to a dish I normally wouldn't touch with a bargepole. Wonder if S$6 for a bowl would give you real XO cognac though.

I'll try the much-feted Bao Gong XO Fish Head Bee Hoon (Blk 721 Clementi West St 2 #01-100) next week.

Drats. Can't find the recipe on google. Surely there's more to it than cooking fish heads/slices on a slow fire for a long time... Mail me if you've got it!
