Flower Power

Wandered into a florist in Republic Plaza (Fiore Dorato) who are obviously and wonderfully influenced by those most excellent european master florists: Tor Gundersen from Norway, Gilles Pothier from France and Gregor Lersch from Germany. Great cutting-edge stuff (pardon the pun).

Why are all these master floral designers male? I've always thought there was something innately and ironically cruel and violent about cutting people’s heads off (flower heads included) and sticking them in aesthetically-pleasing arrangements. Wonder if Adam was the first florist, though not quite sure God had this in mind when he made Adam to tend the Garden.
