Japanese Paper Steamboat

We had japanese paper steamboat today at Hiro, Far East Square. Spotted and interrupted by various random passing ARPC people and a set of my lawyers... Thought the most interesting thing about it was the physics and chemistry of the sugarcane pulp container not burning when set over an open flame. The food itself was bland and unsatisfying. The most tasty thing was the cut red chilli in dark soya sauce.
